Perfect. I love these workouts so much. Despite being a mover (and coach) for years, heavy lifting and intense workouts simply despleye my hypermobile ass and bring out all of my compensations. Having a program that’s focused on therapeutically progressivenovetlaf is refreshing and just what I need!

Loved this workout!!! It felt so good and yet 🔥. (except the split squats, those still feel like 💩, lol)
