As a Physical Therapist, I specialize in helping women 35+ build strength without the aches and flare-ups that often come with traditional workouts. For the past 15 years, I’ve run my own physical therapy and training studio, working closely with clients who want to get stronger but feel limited by pain, stiffness, or bodies that just don’t respond well to typical fitness programs. Through that work, I’ve seen how powerful the right approach can be when strength training is combined with smart technique and rehab-based principles.
Over time, I realized that many people don’t have access to this kind of guidance—either because it’s too expensive to see a professional regularly or because quality help simply isn’t available where they live. I created my app to bring the same techniques and coaching strategies I use with my in-person clients to a wider audience, in a way that’s affordable and accessible. My goal is to help you build real strength, move better, and take care of your body at the same time.
