Wow! I only able to do two sets when we got to the eight reps! I like how you ended this regimen.

Fantastic! How important is it to switch your lead leg in the kickstand to jump? Should we do that for all exercises for long term stability and balance? I get confused when counting reps. For example when you specify 10 reps, is that 10 each side or 5 each side and then repeat?
