WOW #119 Side Glutes and Shoulders

Warm up to connect feet with hips followed by main circuit focused on side to side movement for side glutes and then a side shoulder deltoid and shoulder blade finisher. Equipment: upper and lower body dumbbells. Also small 2-5 lbs for isolated shoulder work.
