WOW #111 Traditional Supersets

Try to lift a little heavier on these main lifts. I put 8 reps but you could do 6 if you want to try even heavier weights. If you prefer two weights hold them on either side of the legs vs in the middle as shown for the squats and hinges. Equipment: heavier dumbells or kettle bell. Lighter dumbells for upper body. Step or bench to step up on.
