This one starts with a neck release that loosens up the nerves running into the shoulder elbow wrist and hand. We then move through some exercises to prime the pushers, pullers and rotators. Then moving on to a full body main strength circuit.
If you just want to do the shoulder work, leave out the last main circuit.
Equipment: small weight for upper body 3lbs, larger weight for upper body 8-15/20, larger weight for lower 15-35lb
