You won’t be wasting any time with this one! We get straight to the point with 2 sets of dynamic warm ups followed by 3 sets of main lifts/accessories. You will feel like you got a great workout in but didn’t get over worked in the process.
With lower reps 6-8 feel free to go a little heavier with weight
