Realizing how tough it is for me to engage the knuckle at the base of my pointer finger when pressing through the hands…I need to revisit that exercise/focus in the Joy Challenge.

I liked this full body workout! It was fun to try different ways to move. Only issue was the number of reps “disappear” into the gym floor for some of the movie clips. 🔎😆
