Recognising that post a (3 year ago)
Hip replacement - some (sidelying and twist in the final block) end range - and isolated loaded (even just leg weight) into IR is cautionary for me - loved everything else

It was good to revisit the hip series! I’m making slow progress and noticed my pelvis being pulled around less this time around. Still burns like the first time 🥵
