- Dolphin Push-Up to Close Grip Push Up 1-7
- 1/2 Burpee + Tuck Jump 7-1
CIRCUIT: 3 rounds
- 12 Push-Up Alt Arm/Leg Reach
- 12 Single Leg Deadlift (each side)
- 12 Bodyweight Skull Crusher (using couch or table)
- 12 Bodyweight to Seated Pistol Squat (each side)
- 12 Superman Pulldown (use a towel of you don't have a band)
- 12 Cossack Squat (each side)
