My name is Dana Linn Bailey, professional bodybuilder and First Ever Ms. Physique Olympia.


My training style is, as I call it, ‘High Intensity Powerbuilding’. I use a typical bodybuilding split, focusing on one or two muscle groups per workout, and varying rep schemes so you are both adding strength and building muscle in every workout.

Training Requirements

My daily training will involve equipment that you would see in a gym. I do use a majority of free weights but on back and leg day I do a lot of Cable exercise and lots of leg machines. I do have a 10-week Limited Equipment program, which will be just dumbbells, barbell, and band work. I also have a 4-week Bodyweight Only Program that we just use our body weight an occasional use of a couch or coffee table. Quite honestly I think this one is the hardest. Whatever your situation, I got you!
