Chest & Triceps ๐ฅ๐ช
When youโre performing these exercises, make sure you are really focusing on engaging your chest & triceps. Squeeze at the top of each rep & make sure you are choosing weights that really challenge you by the time you have a few reps left. If you arenโt feeling fatigued by your final reps of each set, you arenโt going heavy enough. If you only have light DBs, simply do more reps until you really feel it!
