Chest & Triceps ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช When youโ€™re performing these exercises, make sure you are really focusing on engaging your chest & triceps. Squeeze at the top of each rep & make sure you are choosing weights that really challenge you by the time you have a few reps left. If you arenโ€™t feeling fatigued by your final reps of each set, you arenโ€™t going heavy enough. If you only have light DBs, simply do more reps until you really feel it!
