I crushed this one from Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. It felt SO good to workout in nature again. It’s one of my favorite things & I love that I get to share the beauty of it with you all for this FUNctional full body circuit. 💪
This one is a 30 minute AMRAP. So, for 30 minutes, you’ll complete as many rounds as possible of the given circuit. Try to move through each round at a steady pace. Rest as needed, but as minimally as possible between exercises.
