I crushed this one from Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. It felt SO good to workout in nature again. It’s one of my favorite things & I love that I get to share the beauty of it with you all for this FUNctional full body circuit. 💪 This one is a 30 minute AMRAP. So, for 30 minutes, you’ll complete as many rounds as possible of the given circuit. Try to move through each round at a steady pace. Rest as needed, but as minimally as possible between exercises. Been a minute since I did this one! Finished 3 rounds and even had plenty of time for 60s rest between rounds. Pushed hard and feeling strong!

Coming off of 7 days off and only got 2 rounds +20 reps in 30 minutes. Been consistent with CPT since April so little disappointed I didn’t do better but some of these exercises got me DEAD. Will def try it out again to check my progress!
