Glutes & shoulders workout comin in hot! 🔥🍑💪
Today, we are repeating week 1’s workout, except I added an extra round. 👊 You’ll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit.
If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. You’ll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though. You’ll see (and feel) why when you get there. 😉
