Glutes & shoulders workout comin in hot! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช Today, we are repeating week 1โ€™s workout, except I added an extra round. ๐Ÿ‘Š Youโ€™ll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit. If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. Youโ€™ll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though.
