Glutes & shoulders workout comin in hot! ๐ฅ๐๐ช
Today, we are repeating week 1โs workout, except I added an extra round. ๐ Youโll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit.
If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. Youโll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though. Youโll see (and feel) why when you get there. ๐
