Hey there, I’m Claire! I’m so glad you’re here & hope that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong, both physically & mentally. A little bit about me…Fitness & athletics have been a HUGE part of my life since before I can remember. I grew up playing all the sports & I eventually went on to compete as a Division 1 hurdler & heptathlete for the University of Oregon. Soon after my athletic career was over, I discovered that my true passion was not for winning races, but for helping others win the best version of themselves through health & fitness. Along with health & helping people, I’m also passionate about traveling & exploring the great outdoors. A year & a half ago, I moved my entire life into a tiny home on wheels. I’m currently living that #vanlife & loving every minute of it! My training & nutrition programs have helped tens of thousands of people all over the world create healthier, sustainable relationships with fitness & food. I want nothing more than to help you, too. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey. We’re going to have so much fun together & we’re just getting started!

Goals

While I designed this app to help you get into the best shape of your life, my hope is for you to discover that fitness is about so much more than how you look. It’s about honoring a commitment to show up for yourself. It’s about pressing passed your excuses, even when times gets tough. It’s about allowing yourself to never settle for anything less than you deserve. It’s about taking control of your life & leaving behind an unforgettable legacy. These are my goals for you. 💛

Training Requirements

You don’t have to train for hours & hours each day to see amazing results! I know your life might not revolve around exercise & believe it or not, mine doesn’t either! I believe that life is meant to be experienced & not lived inside the walls of a gym for hours on end! My workouts are quick & effective so you can get after it & get on with your busy life! Train from anywhere because you can do my workouts from your home, a fully equipped gym, a park bench, a van or anywhere else life takes you!
