Happy Monday, Team! 😊 This is our first full week of this Daily DB Program, & I’m so excited to get on a real weekly split schedule! Last week was a little off due to starting on a Wednesday. I hope you have been enjoying these workouts as much as I have! I absolutely love that we are crushing this together! 💪 I’m currently in Oregon visiting family, so this workout was perfect because I didn’t have to go to the gym! Some of you might recognize this workout location on my Mom’s deck from the lockdown in 2020! I was temporarily living at my Mom’s, waiting for my van to be converted into my home when the pandemic hit hard. This is the exact spot where I filmed SO many of my home workouts for you guys.😊 We’ve got more supersets today! My favorite! A superset is when you alternate between two exercises for one combined set with minimal rest in between. You will rest after all reps of the given 2 exercises are completed in each circuit. Personally, I prefer supersets because they make my workouts go by faster, they torch more calories & they are just more fun! 🤗 Get after this one from home, from the gym, or from wherever you can bring a set of dumbbells! Great workouts to start 101 with one exception. As a newbie if I struggle ro plank for duration I certainly can't plank from my toes and lift. I modified to my knees and was successful.

Felt really good getting back into lifting. Been a very long road to recovery with back and hip issues
