We’ve got more supersets today! My favorite! A superset is when you alternate between two exercises for one combined set with minimal rest in between. You will rest after all reps of the given 2 exercises are completed in each circuit. Personally, I prefer supersets because they make my workouts go by faster, they torch more calories & they are just more fun! 🤗
Get after this one from home, from the gym, or from wherever you can bring a set of dumbbells!
The final superset requires a pull up bar. If you don’t have one, just leave this circuit out of the workout.
