It’s time to take it up a notch! 🔥
If you’ve been following me for awhile & if you’ve ever done used my Home Body Guides, you are probably familiar with my 1000 Rep Bodyweight Challenge. Well, I’m bringing it back to, but with dumbbells!
The goal is to complete 4 rounds of the circuit as fast as you can. There are 10 exercise (25 reps each), which add up to 1000 total reps!
