Legs get to work, Team! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช Youโ€™ve got a 25 minute leg EMOM, followed by a core workout of your choice. Set a 25 minute timer & switch exercises every minute on the minute. Do as many reps as possible for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Move to the next exercise & repeat for 5 total rounds. If 30 seconds feels too easy, work for 40 seconds & rest for 20. If 30 seconds feels too difficult, work for 20 seconds and rest for 40. I used the same set of 15lb DBs for this entire circuit, but feel free to mix up the weights if you have more options.
