Glutes pump PLUS a shoulder pump on the same day, say WHAAAAT?! 🙌🔥🍑💪 I had so much fun with this one & put a little twist on each of the exercises by combining more than one movement in each. You’ll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit. If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. You’ll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though. Lowered the weight with every set on shoulders. The glutes I started lower weight to work on balance.
