Glutes pump PLUS a shoulder pump on the same day, say WHAAAAT?! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช I had so much fun with this one & put a little twist on each of the exercises by combining more than one movement in each. Youโ€™ll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit. If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. Youโ€™ll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though.
