I had so much fun with this one & put a little twist on each of the exercises by combining more than one movement in each.
You’ll start with a glutes circuit & end with a shoulders circuit.
If you have DB options, I recommend going heavy for the glutes circuit. You’ll have go light for the shoulders circuit, though. You’ll see (and feel) why when you get there. 😉
