Welcome to my Daily Dumbbell Program! 💪 I call this a daily program because I originally filmed and uploaded a brand new dumbbell workout to this section every single day for 6 weeks! Now that the 6 weeks are up, I compiled all the workouts and put them together for this permanent program for you all to follow as you please. 😊 Get after this program from home, the gym, a hotel room or the outdoors because all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells & your beautiful, strong body! Whether you are brand new to fitness or highly advanced, this program is for you! I walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos & simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately & safely. Hey there, I’m Claire! I’m so glad you’re here & hope that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong, both physically & mentally. A little bit about me…Fitness & athletics have been my thing since I was just a little kid. I went on to compete in college as a Division 1 hurdler & heptathlete for the University of Oregon. My experience was unfortunate & I lost my passion for the sport. I developed an eating disorder & I quit my team. On a mission to find myself again, I left the country & I eventually discovered that my true purpose was not for winning races, but for helping others win the best version of themselves through health & fitness. I also found my incredible passion for traveling & exploring the great outdoors. I’m not very good at staying in one place for too long, so naturally, I converted a van into my tiny home that I lived in full time for almost 3 years. I now split my time between Oregon & Maui. My training & nutrition programs have helped tens of thousands of people all over the world create healthier, sustainable relationships with fitness & food. I want nothing more than to help you, too. Frequently asked questions

How long are the workouts in this program?
These workouts are quick & effective & will last anywhere between 20-60 minutes.
If I miss a workout, should I just skip it to stay on track with the program?
I always recommend picking up where you left off. The split I provided is just an example of how you can follow this program. You can switch it up to for your needs and never have to follow my plans to a T to still see results!
What dumbbell weights do you recommend for this program?
Ideally, you’ll want a light set, a medium set & a heavy set. However, if you have only one set you can make it work. If you have to choose, go with a lighter set so that you can do all of the movements. If you only own a set of 50lb DBs, you probably wouldn’t be able to do Tricep kickbacks (unless you’re the hulk 😅), so keep this in mind. I will be using a set of 8, 20 & 35lb DBs.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Whether you are brand new to fitness or highly advanced, you will benefit from this program! Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely. I’ve also included modifications in the exercise descriptions. All you need is dumbbells, so you can do this program from home, the gym, or wherever life takes you! 🙌
