Chest & Triceps 🔥💪
When following a training program, it’s super important to go back & repeat old workouts you’ve done in the past. This is so that you can track how much you improve overtime. Today you will be repeating the same workout from week 2.
When you’re performing these exercises, make sure you are really focusing on engaging your chest & triceps. Squeeze at the top of each rep & make sure you are choosing weights that really challenge you by the time you have a few reps left. If you aren’t feeling fatigued by your final reps of each set, you aren’t going heavy enough. If you only have light DBs, simply do more reps until you really feel it!
