Today, we have a SUPER spicy chest & triceps workout. What makes it super super is that each circuit is a SUPER-set! 💪
A superset is when you alternate between two exercises for one combined set with minimal rest in between. You will rest after all reps of the given 2 exercises are completed in each circuit. Personally, I prefer supersets because they make my workouts go by faster, they torch more calories & they are just more fun! 🤗
