The first time I did this back & biceps workout, it was from a hotel gym. This time, it was from my van on the side of the road! 😆 I spent the majority of my day driving and I had to force myself to pull over and get this one done. This just reassured me how great this Daily DB program is & how glad I am to offer it to you all! 🙌 I LOVE how effective these workouts are, especially when traveling & short on time!
