OMG this workout was AMAZING, I felt really strong this morning and felt I did well, there were some tea tough moves. I didn’t do the pull ups or push ups with weight but did manage to get the reps in. Jay, there isn’t one workout that I haven’t enjoyed so far, you are awesome and will be doing body weight workouts when I go on holiday Wednesday 💪🏻💪🏻
