Great, the only thing missing is an alternative exercise for the Hamstring Sliders. (No slippery floor.) I did prone leg curls instead.

First time doing all legs with only dumbbells it was great!!! I felt my core engage with the usual mechanics of conventional weights. 💪🏽💪🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
