Tough one again… but feel great now! Stayed on time for all 5 rounds this time! Did have to take the full two minutes rest in between rds 3-4 and 4-5…but got it done!! 👊🔥👊🔥👊🔥

That was a tough one… got through three rds staying (mostly) on the clock… 4th rd had to take some time in btw pu/renegade rows and v ups… 5th rd the same but only got 8 pu/renegade rows… a full body crusher… spent… feels so good!!! 👊🔥👊🔥👊🔥
