Nice work out! I was a little scared to go heavy on the weights since I have lower back pain. I was able to find the right balance in last few circuit sets. First time with kettlebell workout. Looking forward to the next workout.

Finally pulled the trigger and got a new, heavier kettlebell (after wanting one for months), which made today’s workout out even toastier! It was a great one!
