My hip mobility is terrible, so that first round of the Hurdler Hip Flexor movement was really rough (and that was after stretching and then an easy 30 minute run prior to this). Second round was better. Enjoyed some of the movements that were new to me (HHF, Quadrupled Hip CARs, and Cossack with the halo)!
