I’m not in a place where I have the strength to bang out full pull-ups. I modified with a band under my feet, but would like to add awareness of some intentional exercises to build strength for pull ups. If you have a few you highly recommend, I’d appreciate. I’m loving the app. Appreciate you. Happy Thanksgiving from Hanoi!
