Def feeling stronger today. And in the middle of a fast. My weight isn’t changing much but I am definitely feeling stronger. Hurts like the dickens but I guess that’s the point. lol. Thanks for the great workouts. This 6 weeks challenge ends exactly on my 45th bday. Hoping for some big result. Been working my tail off. Good stuff!
