Hey man! I really appreciate your content and am glad you created a challenge. I have a couple of questions:
1. Am I correct that the challenge WOD is your daily FLO?
2. I am a barefoot advocate and do all your stuff in Xero shoes. I notice you do the same. Running is brutal on the calves. Any tips?
