I opted for a moderate 20min run with a 20lb weight vest and I couldn’t have Ben more grateful for the mobility cool down. Great program thus far!

Thanks for the good workout! Personally, I like a longer dynamic warmup before sprinting, but I’m doing it like it’s written and it’s still good. Thank you for having a legit work to rest ratio, especially with max effort work! 🙏🏻
