No a/c in the house, windows open, and an all day rain outside = me looking like I just took a shower in all my clothes now that I’m done! Had to do “sprints” on an exercise bike because of plantar fasciitis, but that still was a killer!

Tough! I was pretty burnt out from the sprints so I had to use less weight than I normally would for those lifts
