Great. Ok so I am going with regular weights and sticking with 10 reps. This is for me. My joints started to hurt so figured better lay off heavier (for me) weights. Turned 60 last year so maybe that has something to do with it I prefer to think it is arthritis I have ... wrist are so much better than last year so sticking with all sorts of warm up for them. Love your program ❤️
