Better than crunches, waist snatching core routine you don't even have to lie on the floor to do. ▪️Single arm dumbbell hold + march (each side) -Exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower it back down. ▪️Unilateral deadlift (each side) - I hale as you lower down. Exhale as you stand back up. ▪️Around the worlds (both directions) - Breath normally as you do these • Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps

Did four rounds of back to back exercises and then took a rest break after the third exercise. Tougher than it looks!
