▪️Single arm dumbbell hold + march (each side) -Exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower it back down.
▪️Unilateral deadlift (each side) - I hale as you lower down. Exhale as you stand back up.
▪️Around the worlds (both directions) - Breath normally as you do these
• Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
