Let’s snatch that waist and plump those cheeks using just a band. ⚠️ Skip the band if you are a beginner and need to modify the moves. 🍑Squat + lateral band walk 🍑Split stance RDL 🍑Double Clamshell -Exhale as you lift up. Inhale as you lower back down. 🍑Diagonal leg lifts - Exhale as you lift your leg up and out to the side. Inhale as you lower it back down. 🍑Bridge -Exhale as you lift up into a bridge. Inhale as you lower it back down.
