Lying dumbbell pull over Exhale as you pull your arms down. Inhale as you raise them back over head. Marching Exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower it. Reverse table top plank Exhale as you lift your hips. Inhale as you lower them. Bear plank Exhale as you lift up into plank. Inhale as you lower back down. Bird dog Exhale as you lift your arm + leg. Inhale as you lower them back down. 10 reps of each exercise. Perform 1-3 rounds based on time and ability level.
