Sheesh this one is TOUGH but if you are looking for a straight CORE burner that will shrink that waist better than crunches, this is for you.
Of course, nutrition matters as well. You can't out train a bad diet. Target those muscles in the gym and reveal them with proper nutrition.
Superset 1
1.) Drop set double clamshells , x10 with weight, x10 body weight
2.)Elevated side lying plank x10
2 sets on each side
Superset 2
1.)Leg elevated reverse plank x10
2)Reverse plank hold marches with weight x10
2 sets each
🔥A superset involves performing two exercises back-to-back with little to no rest in between, then resting after completing them both.
❌Do not hold your breath when doing these.
✅Keep your core activated while performing each rep. It you need to stop and reset your core, do so.
📌 Form is the most important part of performing these.
