Target those muscles in the gym and reveal them with proper nutrition ⚠️ Skip the band if you are a beginner and need to modify the moves. 1.) Narrow stance bridge -exhale as you lift your hips. Inhale as you lower back down. 2.) Happy baby with a band - Exhale as you open your knees. Inhale as you bring them back together. 3.)Narrow stance bridge + hip ABDuction- Exhale as you open your knees. Inhale as you bring them back together. 4.)Double clamshells - Exhale as you lift off the floor. Inhale as you lower back down. 📌 Form is the most important part of performing these.
