✅All of these can be performed without the band to make it easier. 1.) Banded bird dog - exhale as you lift your leg and opposite arm. Inhale as you lower them back down. 2.) Bridge + arm pull over -Keep tension in the band annd think about separating your arms throughout the movement. Exhale as you bring your arms in front of you. Inhale as you lower them to the floor. Modification: Perform without the bridge. 3.) Bridge + arms in front of you and- I am keeping tension in the band and reaching towards the ceiling as I do the bridge. Exhale as you lift your hips. Inhale as you lower them back down. Modification: Perform without the band leaving your arms at your side. 4.)Hip flexion- Exhale as you lift your leg towards you. Inhale as you lower it back to the ground. 🩷Do not hold your breath when doing these. 🩷Keep your core activated while performing each rep. It you need to stop and reset your core, do so. Form is the most important part of performing these.
