I am using a band to make these more challenging, but if you are a beginner, skip it. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Seated hip ABduction ๐Ÿ”ฅ Reverse Table Top Plank with band ๐Ÿ”ฅ Low Hover ๐Ÿ”ฅ Bridge with band ๐Ÿ”ฅ Fire Hydrant โœ… Beginners 1-2 rounds โœ… Intermediate and advanced 3-4 rounds โœ… 10-15 reps each
