EMOM: every minute on the minute
- can be super quick
- circuit based
- limited equipment
HOW TO PERFORM: 1. Start your exercise at the top of the minute, 2. When you complete all reps, whatever time is left in that minute is your "rest" (add reps if youβre breezing through this, which i was NOT haha!), 3. When the minute is up, immediately move to next exercise, repeating these instructions. *Note: When you complete 1 full round, move immediately into your next round (try for no extra rest between rounds!)
THE WORKOUT: 3-5 rounds (15-25 minutes, up to you!)
