Here's a workout focussing on 2 things a lotttt of us dislike doing... CARDIO + CORE π¦ππ§ letβs work up a SWEAT !!!!!
- warm-up
- .25 mile light run (iβm at 5mph)
- 8 running intervals | 1 minute on β 30-45 sec. off
mini circuit | 5x:
- 10 med ball slams
- 10 plank ball passes
100 reps of abs:
- complete 100 reps of whatever core exercises you want (i chose to do 10 exercises with 10 reps, planks i held for 20 seconds each!)
