here's the perfect dumbbell only workout for beginners, at home, or if you’re looking for a KILLER circuit!!!
To complete 1 round, we will complete 10 reps of each exercise in this circuit. Complete 5 total rounds!
5 rounds | 10 reps each:
- db reverse lunge w/ hammer curl
- db static hold shoulder press
- db lateral raises
- db row to rear delt fly
- db tricep kickbacks
- 1/2 burpee w/ mountain climbers
- jump squats w/ pulses
- boat twist crunches w/ support
- db russian twists
*note: these rest times are suggestions, take EXTRA rest as needed! YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!
