Rhythm and breath as we glide from one posture to the next. Each time building more engagement with more ease. Two blocks might be needed for one transition but thats all!

SWEATY hardcore slow heat build up; one of my faves. Pretty stiff and not feeling as strong due to longer periods between practicing. Love love love the heart openers in this.
