I really enjoyed this conditioning style flow and phew 🥵 that hip work is no joke! I found this class very valuable since it isolated some specific and sort of complex movements. I will be returning to this, thank you ☺️

Built great heat and really isolated my outer hips. Next time, I’ll focus more of my attention on the side body activation
