This was 🔥🔥 not sure if it was the high temperatures outside or the flow, or both, but this was sweaty! Feels really good in the body afterwards 🙏🏼

Nice class. Lots of twists and hamstring stretches which I didn’t expect from the description. I Didn’t feel open enough in my shoulders for a good wheel at the end but it was ok feeling. Good hour long class in general
