Precisely what my body needed to wake up. My left knee is feeling a bit tender today but I was still able to get into skandasana, figure 4 puppy and all other figure 4 variations without uncomfortable sensations. As of late last year/this new year it feels like I’ve finally risen above and over came some serious trauma from all the surgeries. This is huge for me. Thanks for the continued inspiration and guidance to move in a loving way for my body. I appreciate the frigg outa you. 🙏🏻🔮✨
