It was an awesome dynamic movements full body flow! I didn’t get to do the full expression of kapotasana but I enjoyed the journey and the feeling how my body moved into it❤️

I can always use a good opening along my front side. I usually stray away but have learned to lean into what makes me feel uncomfortable. My spine is not quite there yet but it still feels good to try. Thank you!

I’ve made huge progress with back bends in the recent months. Slowly, they’re feeling better & better. I love the opening feeling in the abs & chest too. It feels so nice. What a treat. Thank you!
